There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside the is off-road parking for one car, and an enclosed, rear garden with furniture. Ty Twt is an ideal, peaceful location to explore the historic sites of Wales. Note: There are currently no facilities for charging electric vehicles at this property and is not permitted to charge from the property itself - If you require this facility you would need to locate a local service for this. BBQs are not permitted at this property. Please Note:Contractor bookings only accepted if prior approval has been given by the owners. Please ask Sykes to contact owners ahead of placing any contractor bookings. Note: The stairs are curved and narrower than a conventional staircase, with a width of 55cm; therefore, they may not be suitable for larger or less mobile persons. Note: Sloping ceiling in bathroom, maximum head height when stood in bath to use the shower is 175cm (5ft 8in).
