The accommodation is composed as follows:

A first Périgord of 150m² composed of a fully equipped kitchen with a laundry area, a large living room with Wifi TV, dining room and independent toilet as well as an area equipped with fitness equipment and American billiards.
Upstairs you will have access to a bathroom with shower, sinks and toilet, 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms with baby bed and storage space, and an office space with a 3rd double bed.
For more than 6 people, you will have access to a second space with 3 double bedrooms, one of which has an adjoining bathroom, and finally a toilet with separate sink.

You will benefit from a unique outdoor space thanks to a spacious covered terrace by the swimming pool where you can eat, consisting of a bar with refrigerator, freezer & dance floor with DJ equipment.
Barbecue, plancha, ping pong table and pétanque court are at your disposal.

Children will also be able to enjoy a cabin converted into a dormitory for an original experience during their stay.

All parts of the accommodation are private and are not shared with other travelers.
