Parking for about 16-20 cars, trucks and boats. You can walk, bike, ATV, golf cart or drive your car around this area. Bring ATVs and golf carts if you have them.

All four homes are on this most popular street in Lakehead near Sugarloaf Marina. All homes are Lakefront. All home are very nice and great for great guests. Quiet and peaceful area with lots of wildlife.

Book early as our returning guests book 9-18 months in advance for the summer months. Hard to get all four available at same time. Great year around and lower prices in Winter.

IMPORTANT ON DOGS: We will allow up to two very well behaved dogs but we do change $95 per dog. These dogs must be well trained, not puppies and are never let on the furniture or beds. They must also never be left alone in the house unless in a create. Owner must clean up after them. Sorry, not cats. Bringing a pet that is not approved by us and paid for will result in a $500 fee.

*IMPORTANT: Distance to water from house varies from 50 feet (when full) to several hundred yards (when low) depending on lake level. Views from house and access to lake, marina, and boat ramps will vary depending on lake level. Check Lake Level on Web Site for info and photos or Contact us for latest status. Summer 2021 Lake Level was lower than recent years. Although most of our guests still have a great time at any water level, we want to make sure you understand the dynamics of this reservoir. The lake may or may not fill up any given year but we will keep guests posted as we always do and offer a full refund up to 60 days before arrival. Although rare, if the lake drops below 140' down, this starts to impact the availability of local boat ramp and marina requiring travel to another part of the lake.
