Welcome to Lakeside Hideaway #4, a colorful 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment with tropical coastal décor, a private gated patio and dedicated on-site parking. Tucked at the rear of the property, off the main street, it’s a convenient home base for beach days, waterfront outings and evenings exploring local restaurants.



SLEEP COMFORTABLY

The bedroom features a king bed with a memory foam mattress, plenty of pillows and linens. A queen-size memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests.



COOK & DINE

The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. Prepare meals or enjoy breakfast before heading out. Starter quantities of K-cups and tea are provided.



RELAX & STAY CONNECTED

Enjoy Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace and a smart 4K TV in the living room. Sign in to your own streaming accounts to watch your favorites; local cable is not provided.



YOUR PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE

Start your morning with coffee or enjoy an evening drink on your private gated patio. The patio and its outdoor seating are reserved exclusively for Lakeside Hideaway #4.



A free dedicated on-site parking space for 1 car is included. The entrance and parking space are accessed from the alley behind the building. EVERYDAY ESSENTIALS

We provide bath towels, black makeup towels, a hair dryer, basic starter toiletries and beach towels. Shared laundry facilities with 2 washers and 2 dryers are available in the garage at the rear of the property. These are shared with guests in the other apartments and our housekeeping team. Laundry detergent is not provided.



EXPLORE LAKE WORTH BEACH

Enjoy a coastal getaway with beach days, waterfront walks and local discoveries. Bryant Park and the Intracoastal are approximately 1 block away, with access to the public boat ramp and designated boat-trailer parking. City parking fees and restrictions apply.



Downtown Lake Worth Beach is about 5 blocks away, offering restaurants, cafés, local shops and art. Lake Worth Beach’s public ocean beach is approximately 1 mile away across the Intracoastal bridge. Explore the shoreline, enjoy oceanfront dining or visit nearby Snook Islands Natural Area for its boardwalk and kayak launch.

This listing is for Lakeside Hideaway #4, one of 4 separate apartments on the property: 3 one-bedroom apartments and 1 two-bedroom apartment. Each has its own entrance, kitchen and bathroom. The apartments are connected and share walls.



Your apartment, gated patio and dedicated parking space are private and reserved for your use. Laundry facilities are shared.

BRINGING PETS

We welcome up to 2 well-trained pets per apartment. Please include pets on your reservation; the listed pet fee applies. Keep pets off the furniture and crate them when left alone in the apartment. A crate can be provided upon request.



For service animals, we require ADA documentation. ESA or therapy pets are required to be included on the reservation and must pay the pet fee.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire 1-bedroom, 1-bath Lakeside Hideaway #4 and its private gated patio. The patio and its outdoor seating are reserved exclusively for this apartment.



ENTRANCE & ON-SITE PARKING

Lakeside Hideaway #4 is located at the rear of the property. Its entrance and free dedicated parking space are accessed from the alley behind the building, rather than from the main street. The parking space accommodates 1 car and is reserved exclusively for #4. Please follow the arrival instructions provided before check-in.



ADDITIONAL STREET PARKING

If you need additional parking, free street parking is available along the one-way street at the front of the property, with no day or time restrictions. Guests may park in any legal space, facing the direction of traffic. Please do not block driveways or park near fire hydrants. Street parking is subject to availability. Please observe all parking rules and any temporary construction restrictions.



SHARED LAUNDRY

Laundry facilities are located in the garage at the rear of the property and are shared with guests staying in the other 3 apartments and our housekeeping team. Laundry detergent is not provided.



Bryant Park’s public boat ramp and designated boat-trailer parking are approximately 1 block away. City parking fees and restrictions apply.



This property contains 4 separate apartments. The other apartments, their designated outdoor areas and any other reserved parking spaces are not included in your reservation.

Other Details to Note:

STARTER SUPPLIES

We provide starter quantities of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and basic toiletries. These are not replenished during your stay. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.



CLEANING PRODUCTS

Our housekeeping team uses products such as Fabuloso, Pine-Sol and bleach. Some products are scented. If you have fragrance sensitivities, please contact us before booking to discuss whether the property is a suitable fit.



SHARED LAUNDRY

Laundry facilities at the rear of the property are shared with guests in the other apartments and our housekeeping team. Laundry detergent is not provided. Please bring your own detergent if you plan to use the washers.



PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please secure your valuables during your stay and check carefully for personal belongings before departure. If you leave something behind, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee recovery; any return shipping costs are the guest’s responsibility.



This rental is privately owned and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
