Gut: Sauberkeit
The location was very "rural" which is okay. However, some neighboring properties were very "rundown" with "junk" in the front and backyards. This property was large and beautiful. The upgrades the hosts made on the interior were very nice for a modular home. The property was not fenced on the road side so there was some concern about security. The back porch area was relaxing but the neighbor to the northeast appeared to be running a garage and revved a high rpm motor repeatedly for most of the time we could have relaxed after a long day of work. Of course the host could not be responsible for that but during the day, the area is not "peaceful". It started to rain and the cover over the back porch leaked at all of the seams. That will be an easy fix. Many neighbors had fences with dogs but some left the gates open or had gaps under so it was not a neighborhood to go for a walk. At night, the area was so peaceful with absolutely no noise so that was very nice! The steps up to the front porch were 'okay' but not handicap accessible, just as a note. Overall, the property met our needs for a place to stay while in the area on business.
