Finde Lake Taylor Hospital Hotels

„gutes Business Hotel, nicht weit vom Airport“

„The hotel overall was dated. On the second night of our stay we found bugs in the bed and around the room. My husband shared a video with the front desk staff. She was kind and did promptly move our room. She assured us we'd hear from the manager. The room we were moved to smelled like garbage. We attempted ro speak with the manager prior to check out, but we're told she was unavailable. To date, we have never received any outreach or concern. We will not recommend this hotel or return.“

„Nicht besonders, aber sauber. Personal sehr freundlich“

„The Hotel itself is nice. The street in front was terribly loud. Also the rooms themselves seem not to be as soundproofed as necessary. As soon as there were other people on the hallway it feels like they have a conversation right next to you.“

I request a accommodation discount because the room have bugs and the heavy smoke smell in the room. The manager denied my request P.S. The female housekeeper was very helpful and gave me a can of glade air fresher to spray the room this did not help, but I ...
