We had some big storms come in on our first two nights and she communicated wonderfully to check in on us.There was fresh fruit available and it made it easier to come in and rest before we went out for groceries. „We LOVED staying at this property while we were in town to see grandkids play soccer. Quiet neighborhood - felt safe and enjoyed hearing the birds in woods nearby. House is decorated with modern and costal themes - so cute. Couch is so comfy and great for stretching out on. The bed had nice linens, extra pillows. „The bathroom downstairs toilet leaked, the floor was wet the entire time. The ceiling downstairs was leaking, we had to have towels down almost the entire time. The house was NOT CLEANED. I had to spend two hours cleaning it after arriving. There was a dead rat in the kitchen sink drain. We had to sleep with the rancid smell the first night. Owners sent a maintenance man who got half of the rat out of the sink and left. My husband had to open the sink and drain and get the other half.  ...
