Close to hospital and Thunderbird Paseo Park which made for siren noise, helicopters and unhoused individuals. Bed had a memory foam on top of mattress and was less than comfortable. Screen doors hard to open and close and didn’t close properly. Patio off bedroom unusable due to it being very dirty and used for storage. Fridge made loud noise and laundry room doors ...

„This property surpassed what we expected, very nice area, very private on a lake with a walking path around it. This is on the 3rd floor, so the big balcony overlooking the lake was as fantastic in the morning as it was at sunset. Very clean, comfy beds, great deco... we will stay again and recommend this beautiful VRBO property!“

„For the most part, the condo I quite nice. The bed was super comfortable. Same with the recliner. I got to watch most of the shows that I wanted to see. And the kitchen was fine. The chair in the office is broken and I fear that an older person might get injured using it. The handle on the microwave is broken.The electrical outlet near the walk in closet doesn't work. It just needs a little TLC. Both bathrooms could be given a once over to freshen the molding and caulking. Fix these things and I ...

„This is a beautiful two bedroom two bathroom condo. My wife and I enjoyed our 10 day stay. It was recently renovated with excellent amenities, eg, a modern kitchen with new appliances, cabinets, and granite counter tops. Other condo amenities include new furnishings throughout, updated bathrooms, and wide screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. The new HVAC system worked perfectly. We look forward to our next stay. “
