„Scot was a fantastic host, the property was extremely peaceful, comfortable, and exactly what we wanted it to be for our stay. Our favorite part of our day was eating breakfast on the deck and walking down to the river to read by the peaceful river. Would strongly recommend a stay here.“

„This place is amazing! Has everything you could ask for. Private place yet in the the middle of Saranac on the lake. The owners are great... Great fishing from shore and paddle boat. Caught fresh fish to eat! Would love to come back here.Owners were readily accessible and very nice. “

„The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies and utensils that made the stay easier. The location was perfect for a 15-20 minute walk to restaurants and shops. It was also a short drive to by trials to walk and hike. We enjoyed our stay!“

„Cabin is awesome, well appointed and comfortable. High ceiling makes it feel roomy even though it is small, and ingenious layout has separate spaces for everything, which is nice if you want to rise early to see sunrise but your partner wants to sleep in. I loved it so much. Really dark when I arrived—if the exterior light had been on when I got there and maybe one interior one, this would have been a flawless stay. Owner kindly helped me get sorted, but I felt bad bugging her so late. Would ...

„The treehouse was very cozy and cooled down very well at night. They have great trails and kayaks to use which the dog loved. The hosts were communicative and gracious. They gave us some fresh strawberries from their garden as well. We hope to get back in the not too distant future. “

„The property was exceptionally clean, cozy, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was perfect for making breakfast at home and sandwiches to go. The owners are on site so are available in case of any problems, though we had none. We would definitely stay there again.“

"Das Cambria Hotel war das schönste auf unserer 4-wöchigen Reise durch die Neu-Englandstaaten. Das lag vor allem an den herzlichen Mitarbeitern (vom Hotel-Manager David angefangen) über die Leute an der Rezeption und im Restaurant. Zudem hat das Hotel einige Annehmlichkeiten, die deutlich über dem Durchschnitt liegen. (Laundry, Innenpool, Restaurant-Terrasse mit schönen Möbeln, Kajaks und Tretboote zum Ausleihen und einer schönen Aussenanlage am See mit Feuerstellen) Wir haben uns in dem schönen, recht großzügigen Zimmer mit Pantry, mit Ausblick auf die Berge und dem tollem Badezimmer sehr wohl gefühlt. Von uns gibt es eine Empfehlung für Lake Placid für dieses Hotel."
