„Great location and great outdoor space. Home had plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 kids with enough pillows and linens. Could be better stocked. Clean. We fished, swam, floated and boated and set up a movie by the fire pit. We had a great time! There is so much waterfront here. Bring your own ANYTHING you need for cooking (salt, pepper, olive oil), grill utensils (they supplied plenty of propane), baking sheets, large serving bowls, laundry and dishwasher tabs, oven mits, bug spray, “pool” ...

„Gorgeous location with some incredible views. Easy access to the lake via a big dock. The host was very accommodating and I appreciated his communicativeness and willingness to host us! A few minor things throughout the house didn't fully work, but as a whole it slept all of us comfortably and was well worth the price.“

„Clean and comfortable beds. The kitchen is generously stocked of pots and pans and silverware. A kuirig and regular coffee pot were nice. There’s Plenty of parking for multiple families. The magnetic dart board and air hockey were just a few things in the game room we enjoyed.The outdoor fire pit was great to stay warm while we fished from the dock.“

„It was a nice house. There was a crack in the downstairs tub The hot tub was gross. I reached out to the person I was suppose to and she did nothing about anything I still enjoyed my family and the lake, but for the money paid, not sure I will choose this particular house again. Oh and I called for trash to picked up. Never happened we took it ourselves “

„This was an awesome place to stay close to Fredericksburg. We did not notice any of the issues outlined in previous reviews. Beds were comfortable, house was very clean, and we enjoyed our stay here quite a bit. Communication with the host was hassle free and the check in process was easy. „It was such a relaxing week! The waterfront access was amazing! The home was very clean and had all the amenities we needed to have a wonderful family getaway. Being that it was animal friendly had me nervous, but the home was spotless. Comfortable beds and furnishings. The hangout in the garage was very nice as well. Will definitely be booking again!“
