„We were in town for my grandmother’s funeral and wanted to spend a little time exploring CVille and Monticello while we were here. It was clean, comfortable, safe, and cozy. It was perfect walking distance to restaurants and the mall. We were a quick drive to Monticello and hikes. Beds were comfy. My boys loved the sonic the hedgehog video game on the TV when we were packing up and during a storm that came through. We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our family. “

„Our stay was great. The location is perfect - close to Charlottesville but also quiet and a little bit away from the center of activity. We discovered some great places in Crozet, too. Check-in was super easy, and the place was fun and quirky. Our hosts were excellent. We had a minor issue on day two and the host responded within 10 minutes and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. We had a great trip and we loved the place. “

„The house and farm are just beautiful. We spent nearly the entire stay on the screened porch listening to the birds, watching the horses, goats, and chickens and enjoying the quiet serenity of the country. Our hosts could not have been more gracious and welcoming. We wondered around the property and soaked up the country, ate some amazing farm raised eggs, and made several excursions to nearby Monticello, antique shops, UVA, and 1799 at the Clifton for dinner. „Great property. Roomy. Decorated beautifully. AC works well. Great location. We had no issues or problems with expected homeless population on Main Street mall. Included parking is a fantastic perk. 2 1/2 flights stairs not too bad.Be aware, historic building... floors are creaky. I think it adds charm. Booking process with the "Stay" management company part was a bit onerous (background checks, uploading id, etc) relative to other VRBO bookings I have made.“

„Great location and beautiful view. Came with a friend to visit wineries, but this was also super convenient to historic Charlottesville and campus with easy access to 64. Appreciated the covered parking. Not somewhere I’d recommend to anyone who has trouble with multiple flights of stairs. But a very clean and comfortable stay!“

„Property was very clean. Chairs around the pool and firepit need to be replaced. They are broken and in need of repair. Would be nice if we could have used the wave machine in the pool. We did not have access to it. Very convenient to Barracks Road and other spots in Charlottesville. “
