From the moment you step inside, you'll enjoy the warm embrace of gorgeous wood floors, walls, and ceilings throughout. The golden-timber tones provide a perfect neutral backdrop to showcase the whimsical, colorful, eclectic furniture, doors, and accent pieces.

The petite kitchen is comfortable and well-equipped for culinary endeavors. The living and dining areas, with vaulted ceilings, are very open, allowing easy flow and movement. Super comfortable seating is arranged for enjoyable engagement with friends and family.

The living space is expanded via a large, beautiful, enclosed porch. There is also a spacious open deck with mountain views in winter, a cool treehouse vibe in spring, and a bird's eye view of autumn leaves in fall.

The spacious porch features loads of charm, ample seating, a gate for child safety, and a locking door for feeling completely secure during those impromptu dozing sessions. The expansive open deck is terrific for appreciating the great outdoors during the milder months, which is most of the year! The secluded cabin in the woods sits on 3 acres of land so that you can enjoy your private, relaxing vacation.

A fireplace, foosball table, internet-based television in each room, DVD players, a hot tub, fire pit, ambiance, and entertainment are abundant here at Hawks Terrace. There's even an exercise bike for fitness devotees!

Hawks Terrace is located in a fantastic gated community in Lake Lure and boasts picturesque community amenities such as the beach at Mirror Lake, the jaw-dropping Broad River, and a fun hiking trail that leads to a gorgeous waterfall. This home also comes with a canoe to enjoy the beauty of Mirror Lake. Within 5 miles, you'll find Ingles supermarket, attractions, and several restaurants. The entrance to Riverbend at Lake Lure is conveniently located off of Hwy 64, meaning Hawks Terrace. It is easy to commute between the day trips that may take you to Rutherfordton or the Hendersonville, Asheville Area.

Riverbend features two private lakes, a sandy beachfront, the Broad River, and an outdoor pavilion for grilling, family fun, and community events. A nature trail follows along the Broad River as it winds through Riverbend.
