„Love the Brown County Inn, have visited many times. Very clean rooms & great hotel & restaurant staff. Pool was overwhelmed with so many kids & lots of chlorine smell, would be nice to have adult only pool times, especially on holiday weekends when many adults are staying without children. Was difficult to get in pool to swim, with all the kids constantly monopolizing the pool & crazy with the cannonballs jumping & toys. Should be able to share better for everyone to enjoy. Maybe next time.“

„The room was clean and maintained. The owners left a number to call for checking in, while I stood outside in the sun. The property looked rough, it had poison ivy growing out onto the parking lot.“

„It’s obvious the lack of competition for hotel chains is one of the reasons why this (and other properties) aren’t upgrading or even moderately maintaining their properties. While the staff were very nice, the hotel and rooms felt old, dated, threadbare and in need of renovation. Brown County is stunning … but its hotels leave a lot to be desired.“

„Stunning property and prime location; staff was excellent and loved the decor and room. Would have loved for there to be umbrellas/shade on the Jack and Diane Terrace as we loved that spot, as it gets a ton of sun! Thank you for a great stay.“

„I would not go back to this hotel. There was no shower gel. There was no shampoo. The shower floor was tile and very slippery. Our stay was two days and yet I never received the shower gel. I was given a canister of shampoo, but could not attach it to the wall in the shower. There was no soap dish in the shower, so I had to rest the shampoo and the soap on the floor. I went downstairs to the lobby for coffee and the urn was empty. Very disappointed.“
