Getting Around:

Our home is on the water side of I95, and is off the beaten trail, meaning not on a major street, but easy to get to, quiet and minimal traffic. We are located near Windsor Launch ramp, a couple blocks from the water, near stores, restaurants, pubs and everything you would need. Easy parking,



Other Things to Note:

Check-in: 3:00 PM (early check-in may be available for a small fee, subject to availability)

• Check-out: 10:00 AM (late check-out $25/hr if approved; $35/hr without approval)

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Parking: Garages, driveways, and designated boat/trailer areas available

• Hot tub service: Professionally cleaned Monday & Friday before noon (technician has a gate key)

• Trash service: Provided (Tuesday night / Wednesday pickup)

• No parties or unregistered guests
