Welcome to your Havasu Oasis getaway! Located just 2.5 miles from the London Bridge, water sports, Lake Havasu Golf Course, and all the dining and shopping. You will find yourself right at home at this beautiful and spacious 2500sq.ft 4 bedroom open concept home. Perfect for families. Once inside you will find a fully stocked chefs kitchen with brand new appliances, a large walk in pantry, and granite countertops perfect for cooking. A large living room meant for gatherings with a large 10 person sectional, games, and a 85 inch Tv with surround sound. The bedrooms have plenty of storage with a King size in the master, King and a queen in the other 2 bedrooms, and a bunk bed for the kids. The backyard is where you will spend most of your time! With ample space, enjoy the beautiful pool, full size bar, and a large fireplace for those beautiful desert evenings. We cant wait for you to enjoy our little slice of desert heaven! Special monthly rates for snowbirds.

"The house was spotless and the location was perfect for exploring the city," David is very communicative and helpful."The location and host communication were excellent, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities as David has pretty much thought of everything. We stayed for 16 weeks and David's house felt like our second home. We will be going back and staying here and I would absoutely recomend Davids property to stay at. Great family house

My family and I stayed here in our first visit to Lake Havasu and we absolutely loved it! The house had everything we needed and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The family room was so big, we all had space to sit and watch a movie all together and there was still plenty of room(we were a group of 14). The house was very clean and tidy and the thing we lived is that all the door handles were higher up on the doors so the little ones couldn’t open them. We can’t wait to go back and hopefully stay here again!

This rental could’ve been any better. The inside and outside accommodated all of us so well. The Host was amazing. Very fast to respond and beyond nice. Can’t wait to book this house again. Plenty of space for a large group. Has everything you need to feel right at home.

Great Property!

This is a terrific house and SUPER well located! Everything is high quality (linens, dishes, etc.), TONS of space... huge family room open to dining/kitchen, great backyard with lots of patio furniture (we did suggest adding a couple of chaise lounges). Owner was VERY quick to respond to any questions and issues (we couldn't get the dishwasher to work and they had someone there within the hour to get it fixed). The backyard is SUPER private (backs up to a wash, so even though there are houses on the other side of the wash we never saw anyone else). And very private from the neighbors on both sides. We very much enjoyed our stay and HIGHLY recommend this home!

Spacious and roomy

Best part of the house was the living room. Big enough for us all to spread out and enjoy the evenings. Beds were comfy, bathrooms nice and big, and plenty of space for multiple families. Pool and backyard were great in the evenings with lots of seating and room for two cornhole boards!!

HomeAway was Great!

The pictures don't do justice to how great it was to stay at thisproperty.. Large home, large backyard, large rooms, and large driveway. All the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable but yet reasonable in price. Definitely will stay here again if available in the future. I had zero issues while I was there and thr check in/out was extremely easy.

Absolutely perfect

The pictures do not do it justice. It was beautiful and perfect for our two families. Everyone had plenty of space, the kids enjoyed the pool day and night. Location is perfect and close to everything. Only thing I would suggest is misters on the back patio. I highly recommend this house to others. And would definitely stay again if we come back.

Large and relaxing ,perfect for families!

Spacious with beautiful farmhouse chic decor. Fully stocked with everything we needed to stay the whole week. Six adults and two small kids enjoyed the pool and BBQ. We also love the extra large family room with giant sectional sofa and big screen TV. Great location and quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood. We can’t wait to visit again!

Above and beyond expectations.

First time the property actually matched the pictures. Beautiful home! I have traveled with business for 40 years and stayed in rentals most of the time. This is the first property that exceeded the description and pictures posted. I will say the home is most likely set up too nice for the casual summer visitors. A lot of white linen and some delicate things. I can only hope others treat the home with the respect it deserves! Actually have dealt with or looked at several other homes in this area and not one of them even comes close to this home. Home is well stocked with the proper kitchen essentials. Has a huge TV and surround sound system like your sitting in the theatre watching a first run movie. All in all I would give it a 9 out of 10! And that says something from a 40 year seasoned traveler! We did have to iron out a few details with the owners but I will say they were open to the situation and always available and willing to work it out to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Enjoy if you stay there it's a diamond in an area of a ton of sharks!

Perfect for Large Group

This is a beautiful home! Lots of space for our group of 7 people. We stayed during Thanksgiving week and were able to cook a bea meal and had lots of space and a nice large table for all of us to enjoy our dinner. We had everything we needed and the location was perfect as well. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here if we are ever in Lake Havasu again!
