• No Bad Days Room: A junior master bedroom with a vibrant palm tree decor and the “No Bad Days” slogan, offering a king bed and a private bathroom.
• Lighthouse Room: Spacious with lighthouse-themed decor and two queen beds.
• Copper Canyon Room: Reflecting Havasu’s famous Copper Canyon cliffs, with a cozy queen bed.
• Sunset Room: Captures Havasu’s breathtaking sunsets, featuring a full bed.

Important House Rules
1. No events or parties
2. Respect neighbors and follow city noise ordinance (outside noise kept to a minimum from 10 pm to 8 am)
3. No parking across the street on neighbors' property

Pool Heat
Pool heating is available upon request at a fee of $80/day and for a minimum of 2 days. It is propane heated and takes a full day prior to your arrival to heat so please arrange for heating in advance. Pool is heated to 80 degrees and will be turned off on the evening prior to you departure.

Just 4 miles from local restaurants and bars, and 6 miles from boating launch ramps and the famous Lake Havasu Channel, HavaMansion offers the perfect base to explore the best of Lake Havasu.

Security
The front yard has 2 security cameras, one located right above the garage and one located on the corner of the main house facing the entry of the casita. Both cameras are aimed at the driveway/front of property and are primarily used to see when the guests have left in order to send the cleaning crew over. There is also a ring camera at the front door. To protect your privacy, there are no other surveillance devices on the property.
