ACCESS AND PARKING

The entire home is yours, with easy, secure self check-in through a smart lock. Ample parking in the driveway. The home is best reached by car, and ride-sharing is available. Milwaukee Mitchell Airport is about 58 minutes away and Chicago O'Hare about 80.



AREA

The Geneva Lake Shore Path is about 5 minutes by car. Downtown Lake Geneva's restaurants, boutiques, Riviera Beach and boat tours are about 10 to 12 minutes. Grand Geneva Resort and Spa is about 15 minutes for golf, spa services, skiing and dining, and Alpine Valley Resort about 30 for skiing, concerts and seasonal events.



GOOD TO KNOW

• Exterior security cameras face the driveway and front entry areas and record video when motion is detected. They do not monitor any indoor spaces.

• Noise decibel monitors are in the main living area.

• Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are on site.

• No smoking inside the home. No pets.

• Family-friendly, but not suitable for events, parties or large gatherings.

• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with advance notice, subject to availability.

• After you book, we'll email you an electronic rental agreement to sign. Signing it is required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions.

• You'll also get a link to our Guest Portal, which must be completed before check-in, and you'll choose either a damage waiver or a refundable security deposit authorization.
