„Modernes Hyatt Place mit angenehmem Zimner. Frühstück für Hyatt Places nicht außergewöhnlich, litt zudem darunter, dass keine einzige Sorte schwarzer Tee vorgehalten wurde.“

„Bed was ok but not really comfortable“

„Staff was extremely attentive when we experienced an issue with the door lock. The door wouldn't open. Matter was resolved timely in 15 minutes. And the manager went out of his way to apologize. Everything else was great“

„My room was very nice and spacious. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the breakfast was not very good. The hotel is located off several major roads and closest restaurants and shopping.“

„Staff was great room was clean the only bad thing low water pressure“

„Everything was nice! Luxurious The Staff from front desk to cleaning were knowledgeable & helpful....the property is very nice..highly recommend“

„unexpected… nice grounds, rooms and amenities. it was a nice escape for us. but had trouble parking one of the days due to an event at the time we were booked. that should have been better planned by the hotel—an event should not have priority over the only designated parking area allotted to paying guests. additionally, the hot tub was not heated during our stay, which came as a surprise to us.“

„This was our first time to stay at the Avail and it definitely won’t be the last. Everything about this hotel is so upscale and sophisticated! We loved the convenience of being able to walk to the Amp for a concert we were attending, plus there were so many great shops and restaurants right there near the property. Everyone was so friendly, and the rooms were very well cared for. I highly recommend!“

„Great stay! Will be back!“

„Very friendly and helpful front desk. The place was clean throughout, with comfy beds and darkening curtains.“

„Loved the decor of the hotel. I didn't realize breakfast or coffee was not included in my stay so that was a little disappointing.“

„Good“

„This property is what you expect from an IHG Holiday Inn Express. The amenity of laundry services and outdoor seating areas help it feel like a community. Breakfast was great. Our bathroom, specifically the shower, could have been more clean (mold, etc.). The front desk staff, while friendly when spoken to, never initiated greetings or salutations as we entered or exited the property multiple times a day. Overall it was a good property for the rate and surrounding area amenities.“

„Room was clean and well maintained during my stay. Liked being able to have breakfast downstairs.“
