„House is right on Lake Erie in a neighborhood. Older home as described but stairs and floors are uneven. I fell and broke bone in my left foot on stairs going to outdoor patio!. Place could be cleaner and cleaning fee way too high, especially for one person. Suggest they do a scaled cleaning fee based upon number of renters. Was cold and could not turn up heat thermostat as it had a lock, which was a first time ever experience after years of renting through Vrbo. “

„My stepsons and grandkids started a yealy fishing trip to Lake Erie 3 years ago. This was our second time staying at this property. Owners are very accommodating and responds fairly quick to messages. I highly recommend this place. We we be staying here ever year as long as it is available.“
