We were under the impression that because it was a VRBO that it would have the amenities of a typical VRBO, like coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby either. Only for purchase. There was also a tip envelope in the room with the housekeeper's name on it, just like in a hotel, but the room did not get cleaned while we stayed. No linens, trash removal, extra toilet paper, tissues etc. “

„The room was clean and a good size for my family. The property was nice with the pool. The front desk staff was not helpful and had poor service skills. The golf cart we rented from the property was the slowest on the island.“

„When we checked in at 6:30 pm there was an exterior door propped open and another exterior door was propped open at 9:30pm. The staff said they would shut them at night. I have no idea why they were open. It wasn’t safe and the staff did not seem to care about the safety of its customers. The mattress was hard and the breakfast was not great. I would not stay there again. There are several other hotels across the street. I would go to one of those.“
