„Wir waren für zwei Nächte dort. Die Wohnung ist nett und urig eingerichtet, auch wenn die Heizung des Hauses mit in der Wohnung ist. Das Schlafsofa ist bequem, das Bett auch. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss von dem Haus der Vermieter. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos ab. Jedoch ist die Wohnung eher was für Erwachsene ohne Kleinkinder geeignet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, zum See sind es aber auch noch paar Autominuten. Die Landschaft und Wanderwege vor Ort sind super.“

„We had the best time at this adorable, rustic cabin with our family (5 adults, baby, dog). We loved being right on the water, the beautiful porch, best views of the lake, jumping off the dock to cool off and using the kayaks. The kitchen was well stocked, we BBQd every night. The sauna was a lovely surprise as I didn’t even realize they had one!Some small things could be improved on…the outdoor area needs some cleaning attention (lots of cobwebs, beach area cleanup etc). And the dock could ...

„Amazing...a 3 star that is 5 star for nature lovers! Log cabins with kitchen and comfortable beds, real fire places with ample free dry wood topped up daily, view of the lake. 2 hot tubs and sauna, free access to plenty of canoes, kayaks and paddle boards any time you want, small but good size quiet lake with fish to catch, multiple docks with chairs and other access to swim. Eagles, deer etc all around. Suoer attentive and friendly staff on site. Office has tons of games and puzzles to use. ...

„This was exactly what we needed after a week of camping on our road trip - this place is so lovely, from the cabin itself (inside and out), to the big trees surrounding it, the pathway through the forest, the delicious breakfast and coffee, and of course the most relaxing bath/shower outside. Tara was so welcoming and was helpful highlighting spots around the island. Would highly recommend and we hope to visit again soon! “

„So peaceful with an awesome ocean view. Fiona our host went above and beyond. We enjoyed the community by spending afternoons off the property but our morning coffee and sunset hours were spent on the front lawn watching the activity of the ocean Going back for sure Best rest we have had in a while “

„The room was spotless. The bed was very comfortable and the host was quite friendly. The ensuite washroom is small but adequate. The home is about 6 years old and in excellent condition. There is a limited number of accommodations on Gabriola Island and we were happy. We chose this one. There was an outdoor hot tub available however we didn’t use it. We would stay here again should we visit the island in the future “

The pool was super clean and spending time out around the pool and deck area was the highlight of the stay. „Overall, the house was better than in the pictures. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. The private beach at the edge of the lake was beautiful, but what we didn’t anticipate was the 2 minute walk to the lake park with a dock, slide into the water, and diving board. Spent many days there were all kids and adults had a blast. 10 minute drive from lake cowichan town center made it easy to get groceries and got tubing down the river. “
