Lake Charmaine: Touren und Aktivitäten

Wir haben hier für eine Nacht übernachtet zum Weiterflug Houston. Parkplätze sind direkt am Hotel in ausreichender Menge vorhanden und kostenlos. Im Hotel gibt es ein Restaurant. Essen war im Ordnung. Ein Starbucks ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Service Personal beim Check in recht unmotiviert. Zimmer ist minimalistisch eingerichtet. Allerdings groß genug für 4 Koffer. Raumduft im Zimmer sehr stark und negativ aufdringlich. Für eine Nacht bis zum Weiterflug ausreichend.

Overall, this is a very nice hotel with a high-quality feel. The rooms were clean, stylish, and well maintained. Unfortunately, our stay was a bit mixed. First, we were assigned a room that had not yet been prepared. These things can happen, but ideally they shouldn’t. The staff quickly gave us another room instead. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was very poor, at least on the 4th floor where we stayed. Later that evening, we noticed that the shower hose was damaged and sprayed water in all directions. It wasn’t a major issue since it was still possible to take a shower, and these things can happen—but again, they really shouldn’t. The next morning, we informed the reception and asked for it to be repaired. However, when we returned in the evening, the problem had still not been fixed and the shower hose was still defective. Again, we could still use the shower, so it wasn’t a huge problem, but it should have been taken care of. That said, it is a lovely hotel overall—beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it, and hopefully by then the Wi-Fi connection and the shower hose will have been improved as well. 😎
