We will send a short pre arrival form and our rental terms after booking. It takes a few minutes and it lets us have your stay set up correctly before you pull in the driveway.

Flexible stays:
Plans change, especially on contract work and medical stays. Talk to us about shortening or extending and we will work with you rather than penalize you.

Damage waiver
No large deposit. A $39 nonrefundable damage waiver covers each reservation for 30 days. Longer stays need an additional waiver. Pricing can change with availability.

Mid stay cleaning
Stays over 30 days include a mid stay clean, because a month is a long time between fresh sheets.
