„Great location with plenty of space for larger family trips. House was an escape with plenty to do for all ages. Rooms were uniques and pool, game room, and theatre provided plenty to do when not at the parks. Note: plan on supplementing amenities that are provided. Minimal supplies are provided (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc, but not enough for a larger family for more than a few days. Also, amenities such as use of the grill come with an additional change.“

„Property itself was wonderful for floor plan and decorHowever - calls for a dead door lock on day 2...were not acted on until a second call had to be made at 10 pm at night when we had called 8 hours earlier.....frustrating as we had children that had to wait for an emergency technician - no followup until another call placed hours later... No lock box to gain access - response the next day was that they would have a lock box installed at this property, not helpful to us their guests locked out ...

„The location was perfect. This was our fourth weeklong Disney trip in five years. We are Disney regulars. This was the first time that we have stayed “off property.” However, it will be or preference going forward. Our 2023 week was at the Grand Floridan, and our 2022 week was at the Contemporary. „This was a fantastic property. The house was great. The only negative was we couldn't get the pool or hot tub to work properly, but the management company refunded our money. Florida Premiere Rentals is a 1st class company and they did what was right. Thank you.“

One caveat was they were still cleaning when we arrived, but we were swimming at the resort, so no worries...but I'm sure they had to rush then...bedding not on our bed but in dryer...no biggie. The pool heater was not on and we had to call about it the next day and they turned it on. Very attentive when we called. Would definitely stay here again!“

„The place was very convenient to the Disney parks. The grounds were very nice and the pool area was well kept and relaxing. We would stay again. Just keep in mind that the back gate scanning device had such a hard time scanning the QR code to get in and we saw a lot of other people experience the same thing. But this was in no way a game changer: minor inconvenience. Host was very responsive. The unit itself was large, clean, and very nice. “

„Our family loved the private pool & hot tub. Would be nice to have float tubes and a ball especially for kids. Loved the large living/entertainment spaces & 4 bedrooms.Kitchen could have basic spices in the cupboard. Our toaster wasn’t working so called to report it & they promptly delivered a new one. Great place, close to Disney. Highly recommend.“

„The house suited our needs well for a large group. Each bedroom had an en suite, or very close by bathroom, which was great for our group as it allowed everyone to have their own bathroom space. We did wish for a powder room on the main floor but that was it. Lots of outdoor seating which we utilized almost daily. We also appreciated the upstairs media room as a second space for the kids to hang out.“
