„We came to Brownwood for a baseball tournament but wanted the boys to be able to fish. Five families stayed in two of the properties and had a great time! The houses were perfect and the dock was amazing. We would love to come back!“

„Unfortunately right after we checked in and moved our stuff inside, the AC motor blew. 82 degrees inside and over 100 outside - all of us and the host agreed we wouldn't be able to last there over a 3-day weekend. Fortunately, even with a rodeo in town, we land room at a local hotel so we had a cool place to rest our heads all weekend. „We had a last minute cancelation on a Tuesday for my bachelor party off shore fishing do to weather. We found this place Wednesday that was able to accommodate 18 people at once with a 2 day notice and made the parry possible and aloud us to have a great time. When we can plan it out a little better we would like to go back with our families and enjoy a weekend!“

„We had a nice stay at this little house while visiting our son at HPU for a golf tournament. The hot tub was a great way to spend time drinking our coffee and relaxing after a day on the course. We cooked supper for our college kid who doesn't get many homemade meals and enjoyed time playing games and relaxing in the hot tub. Will definitely stay again!“
