• Property incorporates exterior parking camera as per requirement of county short rental code compliance. Monitors weather events, fire risk, exterior noise, parking, and trash compliance

• Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm & 7:00 am
• No events or parties
• No amplified media to be played outdoors
• No smoking (e-cigarette/ vaping/ hookah) on property (in home or on grounds)
