Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms and a convertible living space accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. The primary bedroom features a king bed, 43` TV, and dresser. The second bedroom also has a king bed, its own 43` TV, and clothing storage. The living room sofa converts into a full futon, and a queen air mattress is available upon request. Extra pillows and blankets are provided throughout.

Living space
The living area centres around a large 65` Samsung TV with cable/satellite access and high-speed Wifi. An Ethernet connection and a dedicated workspace in a common space keep remote workers well-equipped. A white noise machine and earplugs are thoughtfully included for each bedroom - handy given the home`s prime downtown location close to PCH and the surrounding street activity.

Kitchen & dining
The eat-in kitchen is built for real cooking and gathering. A 6-burner gas range, stainless steel oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and freezer cover all the essentials, and the setup includes a blender, toaster, baking sheet, and wine glasses. Both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig are available, along with coffee. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and a dining table round out the space. Note: oil, cooking sprays, foil, cling wrap, and other consumable cooking supplies are not provided beyond what is listed.

Bathroom & laundry
The bathroom comes stocked with essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, and hot water. A free washer and dryer, iron, hangers, and clothing storage make it easy to settle in for longer stays.

Outdoor & location
A patio or balcony gives you a spot to take in the coastal breeze, and beach essentials - including towels, chairs, and an umbrella - are available for guest use. Beach access is just steps away, with beach views and ocean views framing your stay. A private entrance with keypad self check-in makes arrival seamless, and free covered carport parking for one medium or large vehicle is included.

Nearby, you`ll find Ralphs, THE DECK, Driftwood, and the heart of downtown Laguna Beach all within easy reach. Long-term stays are welcome.
