„This is excellent choice if you are staying for longer period of time in Pucon. It is in walking distance to city center and lake Villarrica. It does have a secured parking. The lofts are comfortable and spacious. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook if you choose to do so. The host was very helpful and we received a complimentary bottle of wine.“

„Hairdryer and easier checkout Ways to pay clearer on website“

„The woman in the front office was very kind and friendly. She even gave us an upgrade to a larger room at no extra charge. She was flexible and let us check in early. The room itself was spotless and everything worked. It had a complete kitchen with everything we needed to cook several meals. The bathroom even had a bidet attachment which is often unavailable when travelling. The hotel's windows had stunning views of the lake. The grounds are beautiful and there is even a pool and area ...

„Muy amable la Recepcionista. El hotel debe ser refaccionado. La ventana del baño no tenía manilla y entraba mucho frío.El baño no tiene calefacción, sólo hay un climatizador en el sector dormitorio. El desayuno un poco escaso. Tiene buen estacionamiento y buena ubicación.“

„Very clean and comfy room, friendly staff and even friendlier cats <3“
