"This place was amazing! The welcome sign and fresh baked cookies was a perfect touch! Very clean, everything we needed was there. We seen many deer in the field but also crossing the yard first thing in the morning. We got to see a new born baby cow before we left. The morning sunrise out on the deck was breathtaking. We WILL be staying here again. We highly recommend this place!!!"

"The most modern appliances, woderful wash facilities. I will be back. We were there for 4 days for a funeral. Its nice not to have to worry about where to stay with pets. Thank you guys for everything. This was the nicest place we stayed EVER. THANK YOU."

"We had a wonderful comfortable stay. Enjoyed the lots of towels, toilet paper and nice shower soaps etc. Plenty of beds and all linens are well bleached! One small recommendation is to bug bomb the basement. We killed 6-7 spiders in our 2 day stay in the house. No big deal for country folk but even for us, it was a lot. Thanks for the hospitality!!"

"Property is extremely clean, provided all necessities for a comfortable stay. walking distance to IWU and a small cute coffee shop called Lola’s. Location is close to the road so road noise at night is fairly loud but not unbearable. I would recommend bringing your own pillows if possible. They are provided and there are plenty, but aren’t the most comfortable."

"The property was perfect for a gathering of friends, family and their children. Our group loves cooking family meals, and the kitchen had nearly everything you could ask for. The bedrooms were comfortable, the master bathroom was a treat, and the kids loved the toys and backyard. Couldn't have asked for a better environment to watch the 2024 Eclipse. The property managers were responsive, informative and very kind. A great experience through and through."

"Immediate noticed that the room and bathroom and towels were all very clean! The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable! I like having a ceiling fan and a loveseat and a desk! TV worked great, although we did have to have the remote changed - quickly, no problem!"
