The room was dirty and smelled of mold, with stained and peeling walls, rusty light fixtures, and a damaged entry door that did not close properly. The overall condition felt unsafe and unsanitary. No guest should have to stay in such conditions — this property should be re-evaluated or removed from the Hotels.com listings until it meets basic ...

„Booked on Expedia and paid. Got there and they said they had no reservation and they’re fully booked. No one is talking about my refund. Expedia hasn’t contacted me and the hotel didn’t give me a refund. I’m not sure why I’m getting survey link. I didn’t stay there!!!!“
