The living room is cozy, featuring a comfortable sofa and TV, great for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The apartment includes three bedrooms, one with two single beds and two with double beds. Two of these rooms provide access to a sunroom, offering additional space to enjoy. There are two full bathrooms, one more compact and another larger, both well-equipped to meet all guests' needs.

Located just outside the historic center, the apartment is only a few minutes' drive from the main attractions and beaches, and about 15 minutes' walk from the city center. This location not only makes it easy to access local sights but also places a physical activity park right in front of the building, ideal for those who like to keep active. Additionally, public parking is available around the building, making access to the apartment convenient.

We have a strict policy against noise disturbances, parties, disruption of the communal areas. Additionally, we have a family-oriented atmosphere.

In accordance with Portuguese legal requirements, all property owners are obligated to provide guest information to the Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). To ensure compliance, we will send you an SEF form upon booking. Completing and returning this form to us before your arrival is mandatory.
