I GOT TO THE HOTEL AROUND 10PM ON 6TH NOVEMBER 2024, I WAS VERY STRESSED AND TIRED, HOPING TO CHECK-IN EASILY AND RELAX. ALAS, THE RECEPTIONIST AT RIVIERA HOTEL TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE INFORMED HOTELS.COM THAT THEY HAVE NO ROOM.
HOTELS.COM DIDN'T INFORM ME, BUT WENT AHEAD TO TAKE THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT.
I HAD TO WALK FOR MANY HOURS THROUGH THE NIGHT LOOKING FOR ANOTHER ACCOMMODATION.
YOU JUST HAVE TO EXPERIENCE THIS TO KNOW THE FEELINGS.
