Schöne Wohnung an zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung ist recht gross und an guter zentraler Lage. Die wohnung ist gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Man sieht aber, dass der Eigenümer nicht selbst da wohnt, es hat keine Ambiance. Zu Fuss Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Auch ganz schnell in der Altstadt. Tiefgarage mit grossem Parkplatz für 2 Autos. Der Wohnblock wirkt etwas kühl. So fanden wir z.B. das Schwimmbad und das Hallenbad nicht sehr einladend. Das Boxspring Bett im Master Schlafzimmer ist zwar nicht unbequem, macht aber bei jeder Bewegung laute quitsch Geräusche. Beim Duschen dauert es sehr lange, bis das Warmwasser seinen Weg zur Brause findet und lässt sich nicht gut einstellen. Eine Mischbatterie würde sich da lohnen. In der Küche würde ein Brotmesser auch gut ins Inventar passen. Ausserdem müssten dringend neue Klobürsten her, um die alten verschmutzten zu ersetzen. Im grossen ganzen aber eine gute Wohnung für's Geld.

Great location, well appointed condo that you can walk to evrything. Sly gave us an overview at check in that made it essy to find our way around. TV is a bit dodgie to figure out, but works great, coffee machine needs manual dexterity Great property and manager

Un poco caro. ( Todos están caros), pero al menos este alojamiento es bueno. Puedes ir andando a la playa y al centro de la localidad. Bien la piscina también. Camas cómodas. Luminoso. Muy bien general.

Uitstekende woning in prima flat

We hebben een heerlijke week doorgebracht in deze woning die van alle gemakken voorzien is. Goede communicatie via mail met eigenaar en met vriendelijke beheerder Sylvester. Zeker de moeite waard om naar terug te keren als we weer in Lagos verblijven

L'appartement est tout confort. Tout y est. Le centre ville est très accessible a pied même avec de jeunes enfants, le supermarché aussi. La marina est à côté. L'annonce est tout à fait conforme à la réalité.

Amazing place!

What a great apartment. It was so big and so comfortable. It was within walking distance to old town and the marina but far enough from the noise. Great local restaurants right around the corner. The pool was great but a little cold, didn’t stop my kids from going in. We would stay here again. Thanks so much for everything.

Good Location!

The apartment is located in a good area that is on the edge of the marina yet within walking distance to the old town area. We chose this area so as not to be in the party scene of the old town yet convenient to all the sites and were pleased with our choice. It is a hike to the beaches but we were okay with that. If you have a car, there’s plenty of parking near Praia D’Ona. The apartment is decently appointed and was very clean. No frills but comfortable. Never used the pool and didn’t locate the gym so can’t speak to them. AC instructions are in the booklet provided in the unit which we didn’t find until our last day. Luckily it wasn’t needed. The Fresca Cafe downstairs was awesome! We rarely eat at the same place twice during vacation but ate breakfast here three times! Everything was great and the wait staff are fantastic!

We truly appreciated this well appointed and very roomy appartment. It is well appointed and furnished and is always minutes away from the main waterfront promenade. We appreciated the swimming pool after a long day of walking tbe city. As with numerous appartment in Portugal and Spain noises from the stair wells and other appartment are quite loud. The proximity to a good supermarket was also very much appreciated. We would stay there again if visiting the area in the future.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed exploring Lagos from this sunny, spacious apartment, breakfasting each day in leisurely fashion on the balcony. The property is well-set-up, with blissfully comfortable bedding, plenty of lounge seating & well-appointed kitchen, & the security arrangements are reassuring yet easy to use; without requiring personal assistance we were able to access the apartment easily by following the instructions set out in the emailed information. Security blinds also provide protection from the afternoon sun if necessary. Proximity to a large supermarket, shops & many cafes & restaurants was appreciated . An accident involving a bathroom mirror was promptly attended to by Sylvester & followed up with an email from the owners. The rich history of the Algarve region fascinated us, & we took full advantage of the 4 nights of our stay to explore as far afield as possible. Gwen & Geoff, Australia

Location, location, location...

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It's in the perfect location in Lagos. It's close to the bus and train depots (5 min walk max) so getting by without a car is a breeze of you want to tour the surrounding cities. Also close to dozens of good restaurants. Similar to another guest, we had trouble getting a timely response when we contacted the owner prior to our visit which made us a little uncomfortable when transfering money somewhat blindly. But all was good in the end and the apartment is exactly as shown -- new, clean and comfortable.
