„Mr Ralph was an amazing host! Our flight got canceled due to the Heathrow chaos and he was so patient and kind, making sure we could reschedule. The villa is absolutely stunning and the staff made our trip unforgettable.The chefs spoiled us with incredible Jamaican food, and they went all out for my mum’s birthday….decorations, a floating breakfast, the works! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!“

„Elsewhere is the Best! I was a little skeptical of a staffed house. I thought having extra people around would be a negative. Boy, was I wrong. The staff (Kassandra, Kemoy, Maureen, and Rafiq) were absolutely fabulous. The food Kassandra prepared was some of the best I've ever had. „My family went down for Christmas. We had 7 adults in the house, very spacious. Location was perfect. The hobie catamaran was used everyday as were the paddle boards. The entire staff was amazing. They helped with all the major & minor details. The food was delicious and they helped coordinate drivers and activities for us. Would definitely return. Highly recommend for a family getaway. “

„Based on the previous reviews, we expected the property (and the staff) to be great. Our experience, though, was above and beyond great. The property is exactly "as advertised". The home, pool, and grounds were spotless. The home's staff were friendly, gracious, and accommodating. Arlene (the home's chef) prepared 3 meals/day for 7 days, all of which were outstanding. I could go on and on: the bottom line is that this place was fanatastic and we will definitely return.“

„The location and view is amazing, however, the apartment is very hot. The fan by the couch didn’t work and A/C doesn’t get very cold making it uncomfortable at night and when not in the bedroom. Otherwise property is nice, clean and gate staff is kind and helpful. “

„The apartment is absolutely wonderful and very clean. It has 2 big Master bedrooms with each full bathroom in it. The location is superb and secure. The owner Jackie, was very helpful in every way and helped us out when we had questions and is simply a wonderful woman.
