Villa Belicia is an eye-catching villa with lavish contemporary furnishings situated only a short walk from the stunning Praia de Carvoeiro Beach. The villa is close to the centre of the action in Carvoeiro. However, the outdoor space ensures that there is ample privacy for guests.

A further bedroom with two bunk beds and en-suite bathroom can be found on the lower ground floor. Heading back upstairs, on the first floor is the master bedroom, complete with king-size bed and en-suite shower room.

Outside, the large private pool is the perfect place to cool off after a long day spent exploring the local beaches. The terrace comes complete with dining facilities and barbecue, fabulous for a spot of al fresco dining in the warm evening sunshine.

Venturing beyond the front door, Carvoeiro provides a banquet of activities and delights for the modern tourist. The closest beach, Praia de Carvoeiro, is situated 1km away from the villa.

Watersports ranging from windsurfing to scuba diving promise excitement under the sun not to mention the paintball, horse riding and sports centre in easy reach.

For a more relaxing day, two sprawling, beautiful golf courses are available for your pleasure: Vale do Milho Golf and Pestana Gramacho Golf.

A day of pampering and luxury can also be sought from the local spas. For the adults, after dark Carvoeiro also provides thrilling nightlife with beach bars, clubs and plenty of opportunity for dancing.

A €50 damage waiver is included in the rental price to help you enjoy a peaceful stay. The waiver provides a limited damage cover in case of any damage to the property or its contents (except in the case of deliberate or reckless acts) up to the value of €1,500. Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €175 (to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

The property manager has advised that the cost of tourist tax for this villa will be 140 EUR and will be collected by the property manager prior to arrival.
