„My family and I were in between houses during her move and her new house wasn’t ready yet. The owner of this property allowed early check-in while communicating with us the entire time. Not only did they allow early check-in we were able to extend our stay multiple times the day of our checkout, because I was still in limbo with a new house. They were able to accommodate us without having to repay the deposit or the host fee, which was so greatly appreciated considering our situation. The house ...

„Great location- 1/2 mile walk to the restaurants and park at Todos Santos Plaza. Home stocked with the essentials plus a few extras that made our stay easier- dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, ziplock bags and the like.. We enjoyed our 10day stay and would definitely rent again if staying in the area. Neighborhood feels quiet and safe. Some extra traffic related to the church across the street, especially on Sundays, but there is driveway parking for 2 cars. Highly recommend.“

„Wonderful stay. The property was better than the pictures. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and helpful host. Would definitely stay here again!“

„We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths gave us plenty of space and the home felt modern and well maintained. The location was also really convenient for getting around the Bay Area with easy access to Walnut Creek and day trips toward Napa and San Francisco. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable, check in was easy. Host was very communicative as well. Overall ... we really enjoyed our stay and would ...

„We were positively impressed not only by the property and view itself but also by the kindness of Jill & John! Thank you very much for an amazing stay and making our CA roundtrip a remarkable memory. If possible, we will definitely come again and we would recommend this host and property very warmly to everyone else traveling towards that region.“

„The location was excellent for us. Quiet neighborhood with good access to the freeway and local businesses. It was nice to have the enclosed backyard with patio and the beds were very comfortable.“

„Communication with owner was clear, but the place could’ve been cleaner. Also not a great location to be in, but close enough to Oakland Arena which is what I needed.“

„Overall, we had a very comfortable stay! The house is incredibly spacious and located in a perfect spot close to great restaurants and walking paths. My only minor suggestions for improvement would be adding a better setup for trash and upgrading the TV. Would definitely stay again.“

„The property is fun. So much character and David the host is the absolute best!“

„Beautiful oasis. Old house with lots of charm. The most delicious grapes I have ever tasted in my life. A peaceful place rich with character. Tranquil.“

„Desk space in room helped get some work done while waiting to meet friends nearby.“

„Couch was dusty and made everyones allergies act up but everything else seemed clean. Had everything you would need for a weekend stay“

„Thank you for a great stay this weekend! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. We really appreciated the hospitality, clear communication, and how easy everything was from check-in to check-out. We had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again. Thanks again for hosting us!“

„It was a nice small place. Clean and quite easy check in.“

„Great location! Comfortable bed very well equipped kitchen“

„Only 1 small criticism: the ceiling can lighting in main living / dining/ kitchen is FAR too bright or if off, is way too dull. No way to turn some of them down or have a dimmer switch option. This would help.“

„This house was perfect for my family of five. We came up to visit nearby family and this house was down the same street from them. The backyard was so spacious and a great space to stretch out and play. The owners were so sweet and accommodating- we were traveling with a 2 year old and asked if there was a highchair or pack n play available for the stay. There wasn't, but, the owners went out and acquired both for our stay. I was blown away! That helped so much so we did not have to pack them ...

„Communication was excellent. I was very happy with our stay. My kids and I were attending a concert at Oracle Park, and this was a great distance from the venue for our entire week.“
