The view is stunning, the snow abundant and the aprez ski in the hot tub needed!The main level is well organized and the open area in the basement was ideal for bulky ski boots & winter gear. The place was clean and cozy but the upstairs bathroom lock is broken and only has tape which lead to one of us getting stuck in the bathroom for a few minutes. A sign would have been helpful (or just fixing the door). Arrival was straightforward but a little disappointing we only had access to the top floor. „We stayed for 15 days in May, where the weather was still a comfortable cool. Amazing cottage with lots of windows and ceiling fans. Also, one of the few places that was spacious for a wheel chair/disabled folks. This is key, as there aren’t much places that cater for this. I’m not sure if this was intentional, but it worked well for me! Annick the host was very communicative, pleasant, willing to provide what we needed and respected our privacy. „This was by far the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. It was a beautiful home and very well equipped. Everything we could possibly want or need was available plus extra. There were king sized beds, a fireplace with wood, a BBQ, a huge open kitchen, loads of dishes and cooking utensils, spices, condiments, paper products, etc.It was perfect for a family getaway and not far from both Ottawa and ski hills.“
