„Staff were very polite. Room seemed clean. Bed was comfortable not too soft or too hard. I was looking for a few hours sleep and a shower while passing through. Bathroom exhaust fan was extremely loud and needed to be replaced. Room door did not have a security lock on the inside of the door. Bottom of the exterior door had big gaps. You can hear the traffic on the main road. I am used to staying at Hilton properties so I have different expectations. “

„My friends and I stayed one night on our way to Chattanooga. The Blue Hole was perfect for us as it included 4 bedrooms. Everyone was able to have their own room. It was very clean and spacious. The amenities were great.“

„The toilet wasn't fastened to the floor, the refrigerator wasn't working, the ac wasn't working until the person pushed a button, the blanket had a cigarette burn in it and it was supposed to be a non smoking room and it reaked of cigarettes.“

„Had an amazing stay. Great place to relax and disconnect. RV was well stocked and clean. The surrounding area was so nice. The pond had tons of fish and supplied us with hours and hours of catching. The water was low during our stay, but that's mother nature for ya but did not effect our fishing experience. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for an upgraded camping experience! We hope to return again soon. “

I had requested an early check-in, and I understand that sometimes it may not be possible, but the person seemed very uninterested in trying to help. Even when the check-in time was already very close, they were not willing in any way to try to speed up the process. I did not find the service friendly at all.
