„Bei der Ankunft wurden wir aufgefordert, mehr als den dreifachen Preis zu bezahlen aufgrund von Feiertagszuschlag. Dies war bei Expedia nicht angegeben. Sie haben uns gezwungen mehr zu bezahlen als vertraglich mit Expedia vereinbart war (das Dorf war sozusagen ausgebucht). Wir hatten ein eigenes Bad gebucht und mussten es teilen. Die WC und Duschtür konnten beide nicht geschlossen werden. Unser Zimmer war direkt neben einer grossen Baustelle, somit ohne Tageslicht. Der Lichtschalter war kaputt. ...

„Kula Maya was very nice, clean and had a good selection of foods. The pool area is much smaller than it looks in the pictures and it only has 4 lounge chairs. The room was cleaned very nicely and the location is very close to the dock. Transportation set up by the hotel was pricey. “

„Das Fuego Hotel ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, etwas außerhalb gelegen aber dennoch fussläufig oder mit TukTuk sehr gut erreichbar. Der Ausblick ist einmalig und alles sehr sauber und schön! Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen :)“

Every detail reflects quality and care, making for a truly excellent stay.“

„The house is dirty, smells humid, dust everywhere, no hot water after 1 minute of shower, no a/c, everything is old and outdated, sheets and towels were stained, it’s in the middle of nowhere in the jungle. We found a scorpion in the bedroom. The only good thing is who manages de property, that service is amazing and will help you get everything organized and scheduled, but the actual property is not at all how it seems in the photos. I definitely do not recommend staying here or would stay ...

„This hotel in villas was an oasis of calm a block away from the clamor of the main road. Waking up to Birdsong is one memory I will cherish in this place. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast good too. It’s located about a 10 minute walk from the Atitrans shuttle stop or the Embarcadero, and about 15 minutes from the public beach. I recommend this for anyone thinking of staying in Panajachel.“

„Great place for relax and increíble views beautiful gardens and excellent service, friendly staff and big rooms the only big inconvenience is the road to get there the town has very small Allies so the chance to get stuck there is very big be careful and recommend a lighted sign to the hotel because at night is very hard to see“
