Located on the Arcachon Bay, a few minutes' walk from the town center of La Teste de Buch, very close to the port and various shops, our villa "Don des Flots" will be the ideal place for your vacation and to discover all the treasures nearby: ocean beaches, the Dune du Pyla, Lake Cazaux, the Arcachon golf course, the Teich bird sanctuary and many more. The villa is located on a fully enclosed property and has a large garden, a private swimming pool (9x4m, paddling pool over 1m and 1.70m at its deepest) heated (depending on the weather - heat pump), and secured with a roller shutter, terrace and garden furniture where you can relax. The ground floor features a beautiful, bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room; two bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed and a 140x190cm bed, a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, a laundry room, and a pantry. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, one with a 160x200cm bed and the other with three 90x190cm beds, a reading corner, a shower room, and a separate toilet. The cottage is equipped with electric heating. Bed linen, towels, table linen, heating, and Wi-Fi are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning is available. Tourist tax is an additional charge.
