The heart of the chalet is its large living area with a fireplace, a spacious lounge, a TV and video projector, and a view of the garden.
The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a central island, opens onto the dining area, creating a convivial atmosphere where all guests can enjoy meals together.

The timber-framed entrance hall comprises a separate toilet and a large walk-in wardrobe.

On the first floor, you’ll find a mezzanine with a comfortable sofa and mountain views.
Here you will find:
- a sumptuous master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bath and a walk-in shower, a queen-size bed and a terrace
- a master bedroom with a double bed and access to a balcony, with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower
- Separate toilet

In the basement, the wellness area allows you to relax with a large lap pool and a sauna.
Fitness equipment is available for relaxation and a spot of exercise.
The wellness area connects to the other chalet.

The connecting room leads to the cinema room, which is located at the far end of the relaxation area.
The cinema room and disco area, complete with lighting effects, are perfect for livening up your evenings.
On this same level, there is a separate toilet serving the relaxation area and the cinema room.

Stairs lead to the other chalet, which can accommodate up to 11 guests (please note that the chalet can also be accessed independently from the outside)

The house is ideally situated in La Salle-les-Alpes, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… just a 5-minute walk away.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s garage and private car park.
