This is what separates Cinco Ríos from every other villa on the hill. Two housemaids and a cook work the property daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Breakfast appears. Beds get made. Towels replace themselves. You tell us what you feel like eating and it happens.

Additional hours can be arranged directly with the staff. Private chef, masseuse, butler and stylist are available at extra cost. Ask and we arrange it before you land.

Río Arriba, inside Casa de Campo Resort. Minitas Beach, Altos de Chavón, the Marina, three championship golf courses and the resort's restaurants are all inside the gate.

☆☆ GUEST ACCESS ☆☆

Villa Cinco Ríos has 8 bedrooms. Your reservation includes exclusive private access to 6 of them.

Two bedrooms remain locked and are not part of this rental. They are not accessible during your stay and are not included in the guest count. Everything else in the villa is yours.

Guests have private, full access to:

All 6 guest bedrooms and 7 bathrooms
The full kitchen, dining and living areas
The infinity pool and heated jacuzzi
Every indoor and outdoor terrace
The gardens and parking

No other guests share the property during your stay.

All guests staying in private villas must register with the Villa Owners Club on arrival. Registration provides a resort ID that grants access to Minitas Beach with chairs and towels, advance golf reservations at special rates, complimentary internal transport, concierge service, and discounts at resort restaurants and activities.

☆☆ HOUSE RULES — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING ☆☆

1. Resort Fee (not included in your booking total)
Casa de Campo charges a mandatory daily fee, paid directly at the resort entrance:

US$30 per adult, per day (ages 13+)
US$15 per child, per day (ages 4–12)
Children under 4 are free

For a group of 22 staying one week, plan for this separately. We are not able to waive it.

2. Age Requirement

The primary guest must be at least 26 years old at the time of booking
The primary guest must be present for the entire stay
Bookings on behalf of someone else are not accepted
A valid government-issued ID is required to confirm the reservation
Reservations that do not meet these requirements will be declined

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in after 3:00 PM
Quiet hours 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

4. The Property

No pets
No smoking indoors
No parties or events without prior written approval
Maximum 22 guests. Unregistered guests are not permitted
Exterior security cameras operate on the property. There are no cameras inside

5. Staff

Included staff hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Additional hours are arranged directly with the staff

6. Resort Registration

All guests must register with Casa de Campo Resort before arrival to access the property and resort facilities.
