The rooms in the house are spread over the ground floor and first floor.

On the ground floor, you will find:
- A 45 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed (140×190) and a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs…
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
- A 20 m² conservatory with furniture

On the first floor, you will find:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: a bunk bed (2 beds measuring 90×190)
- A bathroom with a bath and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful, enclosed and private garden of 500 m² facing north-west

The house is ideally situated in La Richardais, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Things to do:
- La Richardais Sailing Club, on the banks of the Rance.
- The Manoli Museum in La Richardais, dedicated to monumental sculpture.
- Pleasant walks along the banks of the Rance.
- Numerous beaches just 10 to 15 minutes’ drive away: Dinard, Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, Saint-Lunaire, Saint-Malo and their magnificent coastlines.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park (1 vehicle).
