Pets may be welcome based submission of the breed and upon approval will incur a non-refundable $100 per pet fee- 2 Dogs only.

Renters are given a $250 electricity allowance per month.

Only two cars are allowed in the community and must be housed in the garage. No street parking is allowed. Please advise if you plan to bring a golf cart. No high-profile cars are allowed.

On the checkout date, there is a walk-through of the property to discuss any thoughts on improving future guests' experiences and do a property review.

Guest requested cancellations will be charged the credit card processing fees incurred by the host.
