The outdoor area of Nightingale's lush resort-style backyard creates a true desert oasis. Surrounded by mature palms and vibrant landscaping, guests can enjoy the pool, built-in BBQ, secluded outdoor dining area, and multiple seating areas designed for entertaining.



Inside, the open-concept layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room, making it easy to gather, entertain, and unwind. Each bedroom features a queen or king bed and stylish finishes, while the detached guest house includes a kitchenette, offering added privacy and flexibility for larger groups.



The spacious primary suite features an additional lounge area with a twin-over-twin daybed and trundle, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces make it easy for everyone to spread out while still staying connected.

All Nest Villas homes are fitted with high-quality, fresh linens. Two hotel-grade rollaway cots are available in the master bedroom closet.

- Pets are an additional $150 per stay, 2 pets maximum. ALL pets must be approved before booking.

- The garage fits 1 car, you will have free parking in the driveway for 3 spots and there is plenty of street parking available.

- Pool & spa heat are an additional $200/night (for both), spa heat is an additional $50/night separately. Please request pool heat 48 hours before arrival.

- The maximum number of people allowed on the property at any time is 10, according to the city's permitting guidelines.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am, decibel levels must be kept to a minimum, no amplified noise outdoors.
