The Space:

An open-plan home made for comfortable longer stays. The living, dining and kitchen areas flow together, and large windows bring in plenty of light.



The living room has a sectional, a fireplace, a smart TV and board games, and the dining table seats a family. The chef's kitchen has stainless appliances, cookware, a coffee maker, a blender and pantry space for stocking up.



Primary bedroom: King bed, en-suite bath with walk-in shower and dual sinks.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed.

Bedroom 3: King bed.

Bathrooms: 2.5, with towels and starter essentials.

Laundry: washer and dryer in the home.



Out back, there's a private pool and spa, a gas BBQ with a dining area, loungers and a shaded patio. A nearby community park has a half basketball court, a tot lot, picnic tables and open space, handy for families on a longer stay.



Guest Access:

The entire home is yours, including all the bedrooms, kitchen, living areas and outdoor spaces, plus access to the community park.



Entry is keyless, so check-in is flexible. There's garage and driveway parking for up to four vehicles. The pool and spa are maintained regularly throughout your stay.



The Neighborhood:

You're in a quiet part of La Quinta, close to the Empire Polo Club and an easy drive to Old Town's restaurants, boutiques and golf.

El Paseo shopping district: about 25 minutes

Joshua Tree National Park (south entrance): about 50 minutes



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around La Quinta and the wider Coachella Valley. There's garage and driveway parking for up to four vehicles, and the HOA doesn't allow street parking. Palm Springs International Airport is about a 40-minute drive, and rideshare operates throughout the area.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

Yes - the home has a private pool and spa for the exclusive use of guests. The pool can be heated to a maximum of 82°F, which is a comfortable swimming temperature rather than spa-hot. Please note the pool is not gated or locked, so children should be supervised at all times.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Pool heating is $60 per day, capped at $1,000 per month for monthly stays, and needs at least 24 hours' notice so we can check the system before you arrive. Spa heating is complimentary.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

There is garage and driveway parking for up to four vehicles. The HOA prohibits street parking and does not permit oversized RVs, trailers or commercial vehicles.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Unfortunately not - we are unable to accept pets at this property.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - community quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

Keyless entry means check-in is flexible. We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



Pool and spa maintenance is handled regularly throughout your stay. The team accesses the outdoor areas only and will not disturb you.



The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.



NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises, including the garden and outdoor areas. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the street, away from the house.
