Legacy Villas 2Br: PERFECT Spot w/Hotel Luxuries

Legacy Villas resort, ground-level 2 bedroom, 2-bath villa PERFECTLY LOCATED next to the beautiful blue Paseo fountain and a 90-second walk to the main pool & gym. We are hoteliers (including being GM of 5 luxury Starwood hotels), and we have outfitted this villa like a LUXURY HOTEL including Frette duvets & rainfall showers! The lawn on 3 sides is a safety zone for families & children. Recently renovated, incl. 3 new TVs with Roku/Netflix/Hulu/Prime. Kids items available for free upon request.

Our villa location can't be beat, and it is one of only two in the complex with grass on 3 sides. It is next to the long blue Paseo fountain - the most beautiful of all fountains within Legacy Villas. Our attention to detail and high standards as hoteliers are evident in the villa's cleanliness and maintenance. We have invested in high-end home automation to make your stay more convenient & comfortable - including an Amazon Alexa in each room for voice-controlled music & more.

The master bedroom has a luxurious queen bed, and the second bedroom has two queen beds in a bunk bed configuration. The bunk bed is a high-end, 100% immovable adult bunk with staircase to the top bunk and a high ceiling overhead (please see the pictures). The bunks have the same luxurious bedding as in the master bedroom.

The living room TV has a google chromecast device so you can stream shows from your laptop, tablet, or phone.

Guests will have full access to the villa, including complimentary access to all pools and the on-site fitness center.

We're available via phone or text at any time but won't be around during your stay.

Legacy Villas is a top notch resort in all regards. There are 12 heated salt-water pools & spas, including a beach-entry pool & splash zone that are perfect for children. The free on-site fitness center, hiking trail around the perimeter, and dedicated bike lanes within La Quinta are perfect for those who maintain an active lifestyle. The guard-gated complex ensures your comfort and safety. Legacy Villas is also only a 15-minute walk down a beautiful path to the La Quinta Resort & Club - A Waldorf Astoria Resort. The resort is a five minute drive from Old Town La Quinta. There are convenient retail options within five minutes as well, such as Trader Joes, Target, Walgreens, Costco, and a movie theatre.

There is an on-site restaurant at the main pool (90 second walk from our villa) that is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am - 2pm, except during summer months.

- - There is a limit of 6 overnight guests w/ total of 3 cars (only 2 cars allowed during music festival weekends). 2 additional daytime guests are allowed between the hours of 7am-10pm.

- - Guests use the bunk bed at their own risk

- Parking: You can park on the streets in front of any unmarked curbs. You can also park in any unmarked/unreserved parking spots in the carports and parking lots. There is no garage parking. During events and holidays, parking can be limited. It is suggested that you arrive earlier in the day.
