ABOUT THE HOUSE

Indoor/outdoor living is easy at this charming home, complete with two fenced outdoor areas. Off the dining room, double doors lead to the patio, where you will find seating around the private pool and rock waterfall. Take refreshing swims while admiring in stunning views of the San Jacinto mountains!

Enjoy a movie on the 50' TV or sit by the stone fireplace in the comfy living room.

The kitchen opens to the dining area and features a gourmet gas range and gleaming stainless steel appliances.

Off the living area is a patio that encourages open-air family dinners; fire up the gas grill and enjoy the balmy afternoons.

The primary suite is a calming space with rustic-chic wood furniture and a king bed with crisp white linens. A 46in TV is mounted on the wall, and double doors lead out to the backyard patio. A beautiful en-suite bathroom has a large tub and separate walk-in shower.

The first guest room has a queen bed, spacious walk-in closet, and a smart TV equipped with Amazon Prime and Netflix. The second guest room features a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a single twin bed, as well as a 32in smart TV with Amazon Prime/Netflix/DVD player. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
