If you are looking for a quiet relaxing weekend at PGA West, a World Class golf community, this Everyday Luxury Vacation Rental property is the home for you!

6 adults MAX, no noise outside after 10pm. The minimum age for responsible renter is 30. 3 cars MAX.

West facing overlooking pro tee box on the 6th hole of Nicklaus Tournament Course. You'll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the light, and the comfy bed. Perfect raised location to overlook the mountain, course, and for sunsets, yet no worries about getting hit by golf balls! location. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). Take a walk to Ernie's with an array of fine wines, hand-crafted beers, and spirits.

This home is in one of the best locations in PGA West. Elevated, west facing overlooking the pro tee box in the Jack Nicklaus tournament course. In a location where you won't get golf balls yet you can overlook the course, mountains, and beautiful sunset views.

Entire home, including 2 car garage, private pool, private spa and firepit.

The pool heat is on-demand, meaning we do not heat it when it's not in use or when no guests are staying. It heats up about 3 degrees per hour and it can get down into the 60's during the winter so if you want it heated upon your arrival please keep that in mind and notify us. October Through the end of May the charge is $75/day if pool heating is paid upfront for every day of the stay or $100/day if not. Spa only heating is $25/day if prepaid for the entire stay and $35/day if not. Most resorts heat pools into the low 80's we allow guests that pay for pool heat to heat pool to the mid-80's and spas as high as they like. Please keep in mind, mid-winter, larger pools will have a hard time even reaching mid-80's, pool temperature is not guaranteed, however, generally low to mid 80's is common, even mid-winter. For longer term stays the owner will pay the first $300/month of gas and electricity, for longer stays anything over $300 will be paid by the tenant.

For any stay of over 27 nights, you will be required to fill out a RentSpree application and wire or Zelle a deposit equal to one month's rent.
Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. No Cats Allowed.

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500

If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

The desert has extreme temperatures, including sustained daytime temperatures of over 100 degrees. With such high temperatures, ACs can struggle to cool homes by more than 25 degrees. Boatman bugs are common in pools with biologically safe water. If food is left out, ants will come, and if doors are left open, flies will come.
These are a part of life in the desert and not grounds for a refund.
We use the top pest control, pool cleaners, and home cleaners in the area. Please contact us if you have an issue, and we will do our best to assist.
When it's windy, a perfectly clean pool will not remain perfectly clean for long

Cancellation policy and procedures


Our cancellation policy is a 100% refund for cancellations at least 60 days in advance. Guest is charged 50% 59 days prior to arrival. 50% refund for cancellations at least 30 days in advance. Guest is charged the remaining 50% balance 29 days prior to arrival. Cleaning fee refund only for cancellations within 30 days.


Our goal is to keep our prices as competitive as possible, in order to keep them competitive it's important that we avoid the losses that come from cancellations.


Owners of these properties depend on the income and last-minute cancellations result in lost revenue through vacancy and lower prices.


For those that don't like the risk that comes with cancellation policies, we strongly recommend you look into travel insurance.

If you didn't purchase the travel insurance offered, you will likely not get any refund.


To ask for an exception to our policy you must first cancel your reservation by sending us an email, or a text message. Exceptions are up to individual owners and are very rare. Your best chance is to ask for a credit to be used for a booking for the same property.


The credit can to be used within the window you cancelled. Ie. If you cancel 3 days before your stay and the owners payout is $4500, you didn't purchase travel insurance you may ask for a credit to be used to reserve the same property no more than 3 days before the drag you want to use the credit for.

"I had to cancel because my kids are sick. I didn't purchase the recommended travel insurance. My stay is 3 days away. I'm requesting a credit for the owner payout amount to be used to reserve the same property 3 days before our stay. I.e, we want to stay August 23rd so I will make a request on August 20th if the unit is still available.

We will share this with the owner and encourage them to allow us to agree.

Beginning Nov.13, nine pools will be heated to 82 degrees between the hours of 9a.m. and 5 p.m. The Heated spas will be those located at the 9 heated pool. The spas will be heated to 101 degrees from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Rentspree application required for reservations of 28 nights or more and be approved based on the report by the owner.
Weekly housekeeping service is not provided. However, can be added at the guests expense upon request.

Spring Break Getaway!
Great house and a truly wonderful experience. Property owner was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive. There was a large wind storm during our stay and the manager had a pool company out the next day to clean the pool of all debris and dirt. We will be coming back!

Should be so much better for the price
Was not clean or kept up. Couple bathrooms toilets didn't work. Master bedroom shower wasn't draining. My son would not sleep under the comforter because he didn't think things were clean. The outside area was great. We spent our time outside as much as possible. Great location with an amazing view, just wish it was more luxurious.

Phenomenal!
This weekend was a fantastic girls trip for my daughter’s 14th birthday. Swimming, spa excellent dining, and we loved staying here! It’s so much bigger than it seems in pictures and you cannot beat the view! Shevy and John were excellent in communicating with us and we hope to stay there again! And FYI if you have an iPhone just go to the App Store to get the Pentair pool app. You don’t need Google Play. That was the only thing that confused me for a second. Wonderful trip all around!

Relaxing views
Great overall! Sitting by the pool with the sound of the waterfall was very relaxing and sitting in the hot tub was great. It has all the basic needs and was clean, with just a couple of cosmetic flaws. Beds were comfortable, but sleep hot (gel beds). Sitting by the firepit was a plus. Would have been great to have an umbrella, but with the high winds, I can see how they don't last long. It was a little confusing whether to communicate thru vrbo or the property company, but Shevy's team was responsive. An instruction notebook would be helpful to operate the TVs and air conditioner, and basic information.
