The kitchen features granite tile countertops and a spacious island, perfect for entertaining or preparing your favorite meals. The home offers a generous dining area with formal seating for eight. The floors showcase a combination of elegant Italian tiles and wood grain vinyl throughout. The master bedroom boasts a CalKing bed, a comfortable sofa sitting area, and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a deep soak bathtub. The attached Casita provides additional accommodation with a Cal King bed, a beverage cooler, a Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The third guest bedroom features a queen bed with a separate bathroom. Enjoy free WiFi throughout the property, including the outside patio. Guest Access:

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.



To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

Getting Around:

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

Other Things to Note:

Pool heating is $75 per day. We typically charge for the full stay — please message us to confirm if you’d like the pool heated.

Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate.

Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay.

***Pet Policy (Subject for approval)

The pet fee is $165+ per pet (based on weight). If it is not processed by the booking platform, we’ll send a request.

Pets cannot be left inside the home unattended unless they are crated. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Pets may be left in the back patio unattended as long as the area is enclosed.

Pets must always be leashed within the community.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any pet-related damage or violations.

Pets cannot be up on any furniture.

The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.



Free high-speed wireless WiFi (+50Mbps) access is available throughout the house, extending into the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is provided in all bedrooms and the living room.



Check-in time is at 4 pm, and check-out time is at 11 am.



To reach the property, use Jefferson, which turns into PGA Blvd. Follow it all the way to the Palmer Security Gate, then take a right to enter the gate. Provide your name and the property address to the security guard at the gate.



Please leave the garbage cans in the garage, as our team will come by on Sunday evenings to move them to the curb. They will use a garage door opener to access the garage, ensuring not to disturb you during your stay. Trash pickup is on Monday mornings around 6 am. Our team will return on Monday afternoon to place the bins back into the garage. Please refrain from placing any trash bins or bags on the curb, as the association will fine us. If you have time, kindly strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry baskets in each bedroom. If you can start one load of laundry, that would be great, but if not, no worries.



Any guests not listed on the lease are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send us a list of all the names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be granted access.



Please note that the golf course is private property. If you are not a paid golfer, kindly refrain from accessing the course, as the HOA considers it trespassing.



The gas grill uses natural gas, while the fire pits utilize propane tanks for your enjoyment. Please ensure that you turn off both when they are not in use.
